(2) A separate Title page containing author information.
Both files are mandatory for submission and review processing.
Manuscript Processing Workflow

(1) After submission, all manuscripts are first registered by the editorial office and then forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor for initial screening.
(2) During the initial screening stage, the editorial office evaluates whether the manuscript complies with the journal’s scope, academic standards, and basic publication requirements, while also assessing the significance of the topic and the originality of the research.
(3) Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements will be rejected directly. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will undergo a similarity check and AIGC detection. The manuscript similarity rate must be below 20%, and the AIGC detection result must be below 25% before the manuscript can proceed to the peer review stage.
(4) Qualified manuscripts will then be submitted to at least two experts in the relevant field for double-blind peer review. Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript based on its academic quality, research methodology, originality, and practical or academic value, and may recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection.
(5) Authors are required to revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ comments and resubmit it after completing either major or minor revisions. The editorial office will make the final decision on acceptance or rejection based on the reviewers’ evaluations and the revised manuscript.
(6) After acceptance, authors are required to complete the necessary publication fee payment in accordance with the journal’s requirements. Meanwhile, the editorial office will conduct a final similarity check and AIGC detection on the accepted manuscript to ensure compliance with academic publishing standards. If the manuscript does not meet the required standards, authors will be asked to make further revisions until all publication requirements are satisfied before entering the production stage.
(8) Once the final checks are successfully completed, the manuscript will undergo copyediting and typesetting. The proof version will then be sent to the authors for final proofreading and confirmation. After author approval, the article will be officially published online.
